You have 7 calendar days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. Some items will incur a 25% restocking charge. For further details on a specific manufacturer please refer to our Manufacturers page. We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.
Defective or Damaged Product
If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail within the specified 3 day limit to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization, the shipment will be refused and returned to sender.

Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with our vendors on your behalf. Once we order their items, we are often unable to cancel the order (we must return the items and pay a restocking fee) Therefore we consider this charge a "100% deposit". Cancelling an Open Order

Typically, In stock orders are shipped the same day they are received. Once an item is shipped by us or the distributor the terms of our returns policy will take effect. In cases of custom, special order items, they may be non-returnable and / or non-cancelable.
